Preparation: Wash and chop the turnips, fry the bacon, then add the turnips and broth, letting them simmer for 10 minutes. Blend into a puree. Sauté the onion and add the apples, letting them soften. Make another puree and combine it with the first. You can add water to achieve the desired consistency and add mascarpone cheese balls. Serve hot.

- Preparation: Add rosemary essential oil to a basin of warm water. Soak your feet for 10 minutes before bed.
